Dawn. We know that the Road Conditions seemed to be just fine. We believe that there have been as many as 20 or more troops in what was described as a personnel carrier. A truck with a cab in the front and then an area in the back where there are troops who are sitting. And the investigators will question, were there too many people in the back . Too many troops in the back . We know that one cadet died. We know there were injuries to as many as 20 other troops who were there. Back and neck injuries were some of the earlier reports. Again, a lot of detail is still missing from all this. We dont know what caused this.
