New Delhi: The BJP on Monday wrote to the Election Commission accusing West Bengal Minister Firhad Hakim of violating the model code of conduct by announcing favours for a minority community at a mosque.
In a letter to the poll panel, the BJP said that Hakim “announced favours for minority community at a mosque and appealed to the gathering to defeat BJP in the upcoming elections in West Bengal.
