like that was almost just the tip of of what was possible here. it just felt like there was an unlimited set of implications here. i think that s exactly right, lawrence. not only with this illuminate all of this super visions for free and fair elections that are here in a state level constitutions. it actually has the impact of fundamentally altering the basic rudimentary election practices that we know. like, whether or not you can have a polling place in x location. all of those things would be subject to the state legislature as opposed to a board of elections, or any kind of agitated that currently regulates elections. and perhaps, most problematically, this theory of the independent state legislature is taking to its logical conclusion, it s not constrained or limited to just this elections clause of article one. it could also be incorporated into article two election clauses, and that deals with the electorals in the electoral college. and that is a theory that essentially
