Don t think of them. The pain becomes a part of you. Get everybody out here to my house now. He came home and found her, his entire family gone. I said what are you talking about, what are you saying? it was surreal. As fellow cops suspected him. I did not do this. I did not do this. She was upset. She felt like history is repeating itself. Or police just plain wrong? it s like a twilight zone. Lies become truth and the truth becomes lies. May be the real killer was still out there. You have lied to the police about this case. So devastating. We know that was probably the key to solving this. 13 years of hell. Such an awful crime. The wife, the little boy and girl, shot at pointblank range. I was dumbfounded with shock. How to comprehend it? i said what, wait, what are you talking about, what are you saying? the husband had an alibi. He could have done anything, but he didn t. 13 years, three trials, appeals, reversals and changing stories. The big picture here for a lot of people as i
Whats night, Jack Smith looks to Pierce Donald trumps immunity shield. Ill take you the president should be agnostic to who is going to occupy the office next. Right. So it arguably, and i think a very strong argument shouldnt matter, that the president or that the candidate is out advocating for a certain position. Right thats not an official role. The president i think thats what Jack Smith is really trying to get to here, is that this is Candidate Trump. These are candidate actions. Its the president of the senate. Its not the Vice President pence. And thats important because the president of the senate is actually an article one title. So thats thats congress. Its not the Executive Branch. In article two. So you see these differentiations in there. Another key differentiator that i think gets around on those supreme Court Court cases, the Fisher Case. And if you see in this indictment in the Fisher Case was about an obstruction of official proceeding, you see mention of, you know,

Is the appropriate sentence. Today former mams Police Officer zerk Derek Chauvin was sentenced to 22 1 2 years in prison for the Nurd R Murder Last May of george floyd. Hes been the prison since april when a jury found him guilty of several charges all for him holding his knee on George Floyds neck until mr. Floyd was deemed up conscious and he died on a minneapolis Street Corner. He was going to receive a theoretical maximum sentence but the theoretical maximum associated with any particularly crime is put up against statebased snepsing guidelines. Considering the fact that mr. Chauvin had no criminal history, the Minnesota State guidelines for a sneps in this case actually recommended a sort of presumptive sentence of about 12 1 2 years. Judges can depart from those Sentencing Guidelines and in particularly they can depart upward if there are aggravating faeblgts that make the crime worse than that source of base level offense. The judge in this case had ruled that there were four di
