The second is equal status, were not just feeling sorry for those poor little whatevers that are difrplt than us, but we are all equal. The third one is working together and i think about the giants, were all for the team, not all together not as if we are color blind and color doesnt exist but with our diversity. The fourth is with power and authority, the person who stands up and says this is what needs to happen, like a School Principal who says were not going to let kids go around the school saying thats okay, all these things are needed.
