Under public pressure, some states are already beginning to ease their shelter in place orders. In south carolina, some department and Retail Stores opened today, with 20 capacity. Abc7 news was at the scene at ellis and taylor streets this all started around 7 00 yesterday morning. Police were responding to the report of a man with a knife. The person ran inside the church and was hold up for hours. Police announced it all came to a peaceful end just before midnight and thankfully no one was hurt.
