The four moving prisoners of the vehicle, officers are trying to put away their weapons. They secured their weapons and firearm and ammunition inside their patrol vehicle, either in the truck or back into a safe location. Then they proceed to bring the suspect into the facility. Reporter investigators believe castro was still cuffed from behind when he got a hold of the officers weapon. He did managed to somehow access the rear compartment, the rear storage area.
