Grant protesters have been out for several hours. Its 10pm right now in chicago. Protesters have set up shop outside a Chicago Police department building. Is jogging in the middle of a road. Grant the video shows officer Jason Van Dyke shooting the teenager 16 times in october of last year. Weve stopped the video right before the gunshots. Grant van dyke. Whos charged with murder. Has been denied bond. Grant the citys Police Union Says knife and high on pcp. But the video proves that he never lunged at police. And was shot roughly a dozen on the ground. Since obviously the basic moral standards that by the Community Together was abandoned in this case. Grant so far the protests have been peaceful.
