Grant grant grant people are upset becase of the release of extremely disturbing video. Showing a white officer. Continually shoot a black teenager. Grant the victim. 17year old laquan mcdonald. Is jogging in the middle of a road. Grant the video shows officer Jason Van Dyke shooting the teenager 16 times in october of last year. Weve stopped the video right before the gunshots. Grant van dyke. Whos charged with murder. Has been denied bond. Grant the citys Police Union Says knife and high on pcp. But the video proves that he never lunged at police.
