Balaji s previous bail applications were rejected, but his latest petition argues that his health condition warrants his release. The ED has requested time to file a detailed counter. Balaji, who underwent a bypass surgery after his arrest, is currently in judicial custody, with the ED having filed a charge-sheet against him.
