In a briefing this week supervisor peskin released this letter from building inspectors written in 2009. They asked project engineers to address concerns the building was sinking more than expected. He tells axe bc7 news a third source send him a copy of that response and it confirms what he thought. Saying the man was unconscious. They got here, they worked on him a little bit and then he died here at the scene. He was not on the tracks. Reporter that investigation is ongoing but as you mentioned that suspect is in the Santa Clara County jail booked on multiple counts of seattle with a Deadly Weapon and attempted murder of a peace officer. A resident on croy road called to report a suspicious car in the driveway. When confronted he sped down the driveway ramming his car into three patrol vehicles. At about 5 50 in the morning heard some gunshots. Reporter a deputy fired at least one shot. The car continued down the roadway until it crashed into the ravine and he took off.
