Kristen we are through the bulk of the morning commute and buses are arriving from the pittsburg bay point and a lot of the passengers getting off are not that upset simply saying it has had ten minutes. Sky 7 had two bart stations that looked like bus terminals. Leave early. Still down. But, the parking is full already, too early for this. A power subject between pittsburg bay point and the North Concord martinez stations took 50 cars out of service yesterday. Bart set up a bus bridge to ferry passengers between the stations last night and it continues this morning. It was well set up, they got plenty of buses for everyone. It wasnt that bad. Passengers say the buses took 15 minutes to shuttle to North Concord. When they arrived at the station another headache, with so many cars in the repair shot the trains running to San Francisco and oakland are fewer and less frequent. Officer do. One of the first things we would like to see happen is that the school handle it and not involve us and a Law Enforcement officer. Fields and other School Officials are facing a Law Enforcement brought by a student for a 2013 student that he unfairly targets africanamerican students with allegations of bang membership. Fields and others deny wrongdoing and supplied evidence. He is also a football coach and had received a culture of Excellence Award at the school last year. He is a good officer. And sometimes he can be pretty mean but he can also be a nice officer. He can help kids out at school. Reporter and tonight deputy fields is on administrative leave without pay. Deputy fields has not comment and neither has the student. They believe race was not a factor and the teacher and the principal said the force was appropriate. This was a terrorist incident, i think it is fair to describe this as a staged assault, based on the Public Information police have released already. There have been incredible reaction from across the United States, but also in San Bernadino, california where the shooting happened we spoke to some people early today with people about what happened in their city. Watch. I think its time for us just to unite and come together. And we cant any longer just hear about these things happening and not feel a call to action. There is something that we have do. We have to make sure that social services are being offered to people with mental diseases. We have to headach make shower e erasing discrimination not just in our Police Forces but cities and neighborhoods, just get back to being a community of people.
