General, because some buildings if San Francisco are not actually building any Parking Spaces and so i would say that the trend today in urban living is not to own a car. That is certainly not the millennial negotiation and i would say this project with one, two bedrooms is probably going to be more millennials or seniors who dont want to have cars. Were convening under different circumstances of our previous meeting. Were following the guidance of the cdc and the office of attending physician. So were spaced further apart. Our staff is reduced.
