According to Nathan Wulff, deputy chief of the Unionville company, the car left the road for an unknown reason causing the accident. The driver is described as a white man in his 30s. He suffered minor to moderate injuries, and Slippery Rock Ambulance transported him to Butler Memorial Hospital.
