Good afternoon and welcome to the last panel of the first day but i think in my opinion its the most distinguished panel of the day. And certainly its the most vital. Which is the international navys panel. We have the unique opportunity to hear from leaders of our partner navies, in this case three, their perspectives, challenges and efforts in in very dynamic and changing Global Environment which were all living in now and which has been discussed at some of the earlier panels today.
