Caridad Lopez will be the new principal of Stacy Middle School in Milford
MILFORD Caridad Lopez, currently assistant principal of Woodland Elementary School, will be the new principal of Stacy Middle School come July 1, the district announced on Friday.
The Milford Public Schools received 35 applications for the middle school s top job. Nine candidates were selected to move forward for interviews. Interview committees provided feedback that resulted in the announcement of three finalists. Finalists participated in forums with faculty, families and students, and each finalist participated in additional interviews with administrators and School Committee members.
