The ‘AI-for-India’ Initiative launched by IIT Madras-incubated startup GUVI and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to upskill Indians in coding has already attracted over 2.80 lakh participants interested in learning Python and Artificial Intelligence.
A one-day online coding event is being conducted by GUVI in association with AICTE, IIT Madras Research Park, with more partners, now roped in.
Chennai: The ‘AI-for-India’ Initiative launched by IIT Madras-incubated startup GUVI and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to upskill Indians in coding has already attracted over 2.80 lakh participants interested in learning Python and Artificial Intelligence.
A one-day online coding event, it is being conducted by GUVI in association with AICTE, IIT Madras Research Park, with more partners now roped in. It is targeted towards students, IT professionals, and anyone in the age group of 8 to 80 years interested in coding.

GUVI welcomes all aspiring Indians to utilize this online opportunity to acquire AI skills and boost the participation to 10 lakh people, which will drive it towards a Guinness World Record for the maximum number of participants in an online event.
