Malda (West Bengal) [India], February 6 (ANI): Slamming the West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee over not implementing Prime Minister s Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in the state, Bharatiya Janata Party President JP Nadda on Saturday said, Didi has done injustice to the farmers in the state . Mamata Didi has done injustice to the farmers here. She in her stubbornness, ego and pride, did not roll out PM s Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in West Bengal. This has kept over 70 lakh farmers deprived of its benefit, Nadda said while addressing in Malda.

New Delhi [India], February 5 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President JP Nadda will inaugurate a statewide Parivartan Yatra from Nadia in West Bengal and hold a roadshow in Malda on Saturday.
The BJP President will also attend the Krishok Surokha Saha - Bhoj and visit Sri Sri Gauranga Janmasthan Ashram at Nabadwip.
Nadda s inauguration of the Parivartan Yatra will come in the backdrop when a PIL has been filed at Calcutta High Court against the matter ahead of West Bengal polls by Advocate Rama Prasad Sarkar in view of COVID-19 and the law and order situation in the state.

Kolkata: Ahead of the state Assembly polls, Bengali actors Dipankar Dey, Bharat Kaul and Lovely Maitra and musician Shaona Khan joined the Trinamool Congress in the presence of the West Bengal Minister Bratya Basu at Trinamool Bhavan here on Friday.
“Many youths across West Bengal want to join TMC. Some artists who are thinking to join Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) are doing wrong. BJP insults its own local leaders in Bengal. The local leaders have no power to induct people. For this, leaders from Delhi are flown by chartered flights,” Basu said.
