A ‘SPECIAL moment in our history’ has been captured at Bramhope. Miller Homes had invited residents to donate all kinds of items including photographs, artwork, memorabilia and letters to include in a time capsule. The community responded enthusiastically with everyone from the local churches to Bramhope Primary School sending in contributions. Now the capsule has been buried in a public open space at the entrance to Miller Homes’ 321-property Spring Wood Park development. Regional Sales Manager for Miller Homes Yorkshire, Sarah Whinfrey, said: “2020 will be a year that goes down in history and we felt that it would be important to mark the positives that have emerged such as community spirit, resilience and family memories.
