Mayor de blasio said the outbreak has been contained but five more buildings tested positive yesterday. The number of cases is 108. The cessna 206 had just left Essex County Airport pound for teterboro when the pilot experienced mechanical difficulties. The plane went down near the airport in West Caldwell.
