Now to the developing story out of ukraine. New information surfacing on that midair attack on the Malaysian Airlines flight 17. Tonight the pentagon says it does not believe prorussian militants in ukraine are capable of shooting down the boeing 777 on their own. They believe militants would have needed help from the russians. So far no one is taking responsibility for the deaths of 298 people onboard that plane. Another question the world is asking tonight, is where are the black boxes . Russian rebels say they found them and turned them over to moscow, but russia is denying that. Meanwhile, International Investigators from many agencies around the world have arrived at the crash site, but many are not being granted full access to the debris or the bodies. Track a developing story. A texas nurse has gone from being a caregiver to a patient. Last week she was part of a medical team that was treating the first patient diagnosed with ebola in the u. S. Now tonight she is back inside Texas Health Presbyterian hospital in isolation. She is fighting the deadly disease herself. The centers for Disease Control say that a breach in hospital protocol caused the infection. Officials wont release the nurses name at this time, but they did say she had extensive contact with Thomas Eric Duncan before he died from ebola. They theyd she did wear a protective suit while treating duncan, but infection can happen when its removed. You might have fluid on your equipment you. Might have infectious stuff on your hand. Getting it off effectively without contaminating yourself is hard. Right now hazmat teams are preparing to decontaminate the nurses apartment. Look at the video again. Hes pulling the suitcase past a restaurant door, windows. The sfpd images are from a Security Camera in the neighborhood where a person dumped the suitcase carrying the torso. It appears to be a lightskinned male. The person is described as male white, possibly 5060, 57 58, wearing a pin striped baseball hat and light blue jeans wednesday afternoon, police found the suitcase near Goodwill Industries on 11th and mission. Inside, a headless torso then, a leg in a garbage container in front of firestone tires. Yesterday, police canvassed the neighborhood looking for the rest of the body parts. They found none. Other officers found important surveillance camera video from nearby businesses. One source tells us another camera recorded him wandering around howard and 8th street for an hour that day. Investigators believe he is a transient, making it difficult to find him. Police are asking anyone with information on this case to call their tip line. Here is the numbe
