The centers goal is to promote understanding of democratic values, traditions, and institutions through the exploration of contemporary and historical issues. Ugez, jr. We are in the business of doing stuff that editorial cartoonists are not in the business of doing , reacting to events on a as a newspapers cartoonist. We all strive to be as objective as we can. Provide comment, to provide opinion and something to provoke discussion, rather than aspire to settle discussion. Through Public Outreach event such as this one and through its project which ry is an oral history run by staff who film and record archives of people who ad been in various administrations as well as local officials who work closely with those administrations. Also runs a very robust postdoctoral fellowship program. Effect for about five years and its raply become robably the most influential and famous fell he ship program in this area of its kind. Has published a a k or contracted a book at Major University press. Nd they all get jobs and were very proud of that.
