Heard a boom. Reporter he initially thought somebody crashed into a parked car and realizedded realized two pedestrians were hit. There was a gentleman in the street and a lady laying down. Reporter the 44yearold man and woman sustained major injuries. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition. She was stable. More than an hour after the crash, a man at the intersection spotted a vehicle with major damage and no license plate driving by and running redlights. He followed it to the 2100 block of fraley street in wissinoming four miles from the scene of the crash. The windshield was broken and the side mirror was hanging off.
