Pauls prep School Student are reiterating their arguments that his most serious conviction be thrown out. Owen labrie was convicted of five charges in connection to the all the of a teenage girl. His lawyers say a felony computer related charge carries too harsh a penalty, requires him to register as a sex offender, and is inconsistent with lawmaker intent that someone convicted of misdemeanor sex assault should not have to register. Jean a rochester teenager was found dead in a motel room over the weekend. Now police are investigating her death as a possible drug overdose.
