Not seeing 20s for most neighborhoods. 35 in fact in philadelphia. The suburbs down to 32. 35 in the Lehigh Valley. Also middle 30s for delaware. South jersey has gotten chillier this morning. Clouds to start with. Lots of clouds around this morning. No wet weather, and none during the day. And later this morning, we will see some breaks in the clouds. Thats when the temperatures move from the 30s into the 40s for wilmington with a southerly breeze. Thats going to help warm every neighborhood up during the day. New jersey, 52 degrees. Witnesses. Reporter the early report tell us that the bart Police Officer discharge his weapon while responding to an argument across the street. At 4 41 pm a call came in for shots fired. Police are talking to witnesses and pouring over Surveillance Video as they try to determine how it unfolded. The chaos played out at 4 41 pm wednesday night stubs from the bart station. A Police Officer in full uniform responded to gunfire and discharged his weapon. Two men were left injured. One dead and another in serious condition. It is not clear who fired the fatal shot. This area directly over my shoulder. At seventh and chester there was an officer involved shooting. Reporter the bart officer was at the location where a witness said two men were exchanging words. Earthquake this morning which woke me up but i was not overly concerned. I knew that it was between four and five mech so i went down and checked on everybody we were all good. Maybe you guys felt it more. I am a little bit closer to the epicenter than you are so we definitely felt it. The kids slept right through it and that is what a lot of people have said. Everyone but me slept through it. Maybe because i am a breaking news guy. We felt it for sure. My dog was definitely up.
