Demetris Shaquille Haney, 28, was arrested without incident following his involvement in a shootout during the early hours of New Year's Day at the Paragon Bowling Alley in Dickinson. Eight months removed from the incident, a jury found Haney guilty on four of the five charges he faced, including reckless endangerment, terrorizing and two counts of aggravated assault.
Gaylan Royce Henley, 24, of Dickinson was transported to the Southwest Multi-Country Correctional Center and booked on charges of Terrorizing, a Class C Felony
Stark County Sheriff's Deputy Dan Kensinger was placed on administrative suspension, without pay, for violation of policies relating to alcohol in his system while in an "On-Duty" status during a training exercise.
