As a junior last season, Robinson recorded 33 tackles, including six tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks. He also intercepted two passes and had two pass breakups.

This year's field of teams includes: Apex, Cardinal Gibbons, Heritage, Hillside, Millbrook, New Bern, Southern Durham, and Wake Forest. All eight teams made the N.C. High School Athletic Association state playoffs in 2022, including the 4A state champion and the 4A regional runner-up.
