Police: Man nabbed for alleged vehicle break-ins soils holding cell

A Warrior Run man who made a mess of a police holding cell was apprehended after someone reported him breaking into vehicles Tuesday morning, according to Hazleton police. Police were called to the 100 block of South Vine Street around 5:30 a.m. for a report of a man breaking into parked vehicles. The suspect was wearing a red shirt and had long hair that was pulled back. Officers said they got to the neighborhood and took Dominic L. Marsicano, 26, into custody after witnessing him trying to get into a parked Honda sedan. After confirming the vehicle wasn’t Marsicano’s, he was taken to the police station and detained in a holding cell.
