Bruce Cunningham, a member of the Grogan’s Mill Village Association board and one of the co-founders of the market, said after officials surveyed vendors and analyzed data from the 2020 year, they felt it best to open an hour later and also allow vendors that fall under the “Cottage Law” classification.
