Good morning. Flash flood warnings just in within the last minute and these cover the areas of berks bucks chester delaware lehigh and montgomery until 8 30. Flash flood warnings because of the amount of rain weve seen with these very strong storms. We still have thunderstorm warnings as well, Severe Thunderstorm Warning until 4 45 for parts of delaware, east central chester southwest philadelphia, parts of Montgomery County as well. In addition to that flood advisories posted until 7 45 because of how much rain weve had already. I want you to take a look at storm tracker6 live double scan. We can see where the severe storm. Look at the amount of lightning. 144 strikes just within the past few minutes in our area alone. So, were looking at strong storms producing so much lightning right throug

Ive got a track placed on this storm thats so active right now where were getting most of the lightning. This storm alone 87 lightning strikes, haddonfield at 5 37, gibbsboro 5 42, marlton 5 51, moorestown at 5 54 then mount laurel right now at 5 58. So thats where the storm is headed currently through the region and you can see also a new one beginning. In salem one to the southwest of that. One in west chester right now hitting so its not just that area thats getting hit so hard. Some of the storms that tore through philadelphia an hour ago have broken up a little bit. Its just some heavy rainier new hope and lansdale and pottstown yet still a couple lightning strikes.
