"Our goal is to keep our communities as connected as we possibly can, especially during inclement weather and natural disasters when it becomes even more critical for emergency services."

The work continues on a project to construct north and southbound auxiliary lanes and bus-on-shoulder improvements on Highway 1 between the 41st Avenue and Soquel Drive.
