MAFS groom Jake Edwards ex-girlfriend Sophie Guidolin has been forced to delete an Instagram post after failing to disclose that it was sponsored.
The 32-year-old Gold Coast influencer was found to be in breach of Australia s advertising rules, according to a case report published by Ad Standards.
The report published last month claims that Sophie had shared a gallery of photos of a woman and a boy believed to be her son dressed in activewear standing on a deck overlooking the ocean.

Brands including Adidas Australia, Bondi Boost, ORTC Clothing and Hennes & Mauritz UK Ltd are at the centre of recent breaches of Ad Standards under distinguishable advertising rules.
The Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) Code of Ethics’ was updated with new distinguishable advertising rules earlier this year, among multiple changes to the code.
One post by fitness model and influencer Sophie Guidolin (@sophie guidolin) was found to be in breach of distinguishable advertising rules as it did not have sponsorship transparency regarding her relationship with Adidas, which owns Reebok.
The photos showed Jake with Patrick Dwyer, Jason Engler, Brett Helling, and Johnny Balbuziente.
