A TRIO of caring community members are working hard to ensure children have access to learning materials. Usborne Books at Home Organisers, Sophie Elizabeth Jeffries of Sophie s Little Bookworms, Sarah Jane Dodd of Sarah s Little Bookstore and Karla McCowen of Karla s Learning Library, all from Barrow, are fundraising to put together activity packs for struggling families in the area. They will also include colouring pencils, a rubber, scissors, a ruler and a sweet treat.
