A TRIO of caring community members are working hard to ensure children have access to learning materials.
Usborne Books at Home Organisers, Sophie Elizabeth Jeffries of Sophie's Little Bookworms, Sarah Jane Dodd of Sarah's Little Bookstore and Karla McCowen of Karla's Learning Library, all from Barrow, are fundraising to put together activity packs for struggling families in the area.

The activity packs will provide fun learning activities, as well as books to help with both home learning and children’s mental health. They will also include colouring pencils, a rubber, scissors, a ruler and a sweet treat.
