The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered a case against businessman Amit Agrawal and unknown officials of the Kolkata Police for allegedly scandalizing the judiciary, Enforcement Directorate and other government officials on Thursday.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Thursday said that it has registered a case against one Amit Kumar Aggarwal and and others including unknown officers of Kolkata Police (Hare Street Police Station).
The CBI on Thursday conducted searches at two locations in Jharkhand and West Bengal's Kolkata at the premises of businessman Amit Agarwal for allegedly "scandalising" the judiciary, Enforcement Directorate and government officers
