Pest cops ban after drunken pizza shop tirade

Premium Content Subscriber only A Coast man is one step closer to going to jail after he was sentenced for being a drunken pest at a popular Noosa Heads pizza bar. Peter James Cherry, 46, pleaded guilty in Noosa Magistrates Court on Tuesday to committing a public nuisance within a licenced premise and obstructing police. The court heard Cherry while on a drunken night out entered Somedays Pizza on Sunshine Beach Rd at Noosa Heads as staff were closing the restaurant.
