Its also asking commuters to try and change their schedules and their routines to ease the headaches many people felt this morning and are going to feel tonight. Its pretty bad. When i got on there was standing room only. Ive in zone three. So, um, i took really long time. Reporter crowded trains and long delays this morning for Regional Rail commuters. Many not happy at all after septa had to take a third of its fleet out of service due to a defect on 95 of its silver line or five train cars. Packed train, you know, flint right passed in you to the fourth quarter. Really tough. People are annoyed. It was delayed just not moving at times. I started thinking. What is that . The attributes of someone who is a master of his or her feelings and how do i want to feel as a teacher . I want to be compassionate. Interestingly enough we just got done. The number one best self adjective that came out of this group was compassionate they all want to be more compassionate. When you have the lens of compassion you choose more effective strategies. How could you not . It shifts its capacity. When you live your life through the lens of compassion you will likely choose more effective strategies to ministers. Examples in the classroom. Finally there is a tool called the blueprint. It helps kids understand that it is not just about me. What this looks like a classroom or school. The amount of released on the principle has when theres less aggression and less suspensions.
