After the mass shooting in San Bernadino. Another troubling twist in this investigation. It appears syed farook and Tashfeen Malik were considering other spots in california. They pulled evidence from the couples smashed phones and computers. The potential targets could have included gatherings in public areas. The radicalization happened years before they met. The feds say farook and malik already had extremist views when they began dating online. As early as the end of 2013, they were talking to each other about jihad and martyrdom before they became engaged and then married and lived together in the United States. Investigators now say farook and malik spent at least a year preparing for the terror attack. Practicing at local shooting ranges there in the San Bernadino area.
