Over the five years of women programs we have learned without question that it matters. It matters that their voices are truly heard. It matters they are a critical mass, not a token few. Conversations over the past year leave no doubt progress is connected. They can fund raise and provide models of leadership. And women ceos need women lawmakers who can champion the kinds of lawmakers and to grow the numbers in Business Leadership we need more Women Entrepreneurs like those generous to participate in our women rule week.
