Premium real estate developer Sobha Group has announced plans to build over 1,000 residences for poor families in the South Indian state of Kerala within the next four years. The group laid the foundation for 100 homes in the first phase of the project.
Sobha Realty, a premium real estate developer in Dubai, has appointed Ravi Menon as the Group Co-Chairman. In his new role, Menon will be responsible for overseeing the operations of companies under the Sobha group and help advance its growth trajectory.
