mid-atlantic cities above a foot and a half, including pittsburgh, philadelphia, washington, d.c., almost at 20 now, and baltimore, last report we had was 22 inches. and it s still snowing hard. now, that is significant for baltimore. here s why. record-breaking. this is now the second snowiest winter ever recorded in baltimore. we ve had 57.6 inches of snow this winter. to break the all-time record, we only need four or five more inches. we may get that this afternoon. this so far is the fifth largest snowstorm in baltimore s history. we only need about six inches to break their all-time record, and we do have a chance at doing that. and the same goes for d.c. you see the snow is not over with. it s starting to taper off in pittsburgh and also much of west virginia, but the heavy snow continues. the bright white now extends from richmond northwards up into washington, d.c., baltimore, all of delaware, up into southern new jersey, including philadelphia. and philadelphia s been getting
