Kini Satgas Covid-19 punya dasar hukum untuk melakukan penindakan pelangaran prokes. REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, CIREBON Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Cirebon, Jawa Barat, mengesahkan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Ketertiban Umum (Tibum) sehingga dengan adanya aturan itu pelanggar protokol kesehatan (prokes) dapat ditindak sesuai aturan. Alhamdulillah berarti kini Satgas Covid-19 mempunyai dasar hukum untuk melakukan penindakan pelangaran prokes. Kemarin kita masih menggunakan Perda Jawa Barat, kata Bupati Cirebon Imron di Cirebon, Selasa (13/7).
