Shelley i am shelly walcott. Police say a man walking his dog stumbled on something extremely dangerous, and as a result, federal investigators had to be called in. In this quiet corner of franklin, a disturbing find. An individual walking their dog noticed something that looked strange. It was a plastic bottle that was smoking or had some ingredients in it he didn t recognize. Franklin police were called, and authorities jumped into action after recognizing the danger of what the man had found. We were able to identify it as a possible onepot methamphetamine production. Shelley basically math in a bottle, individual portions known as onepots, and just as explosive as any other method. Drug enforcement sealed off spring street. We were able to secure the scene, and we were able to seize approximately 15 plastic bottles shelley we asked, why would anyone make individual portions of meth . It s much more mobile.
