Bright white, charlottesville, fredericksburg waldorf, leonardtown. It took a while for the snow to get to you, but once it did, its been snowing and snowing hard right down i95 Quantico Fredericksburg getting the snowfall rates there at about an inch an hour so, the visibility there very very low and its going to stay that way for at least another hour to two hours. The back edge here just around that area west and southwest of luray. So another three hours or so thats when the back edge should start coming through your area. Areas like d. C. , too, you can see the snowfall amounts up here 5 inches nbc 4, 9 inches in hagerstown 7 around leesburg. I know a lot of snow but thats just half the story.
