Shooting of the man tuesday afternoon and now conflicting versions of what happened, are added to the tension. Four threeyear old keith scott died after being shot by police, in this charlotte, North Carolina parking lot on tuesday, that is not the being disputed. But a witness casting doubt on the official police story about who shot him and why. Police chief, says that officers looking for the subject, of a warrant noticed scott, with a weapon.
