to mug smuggling rings. i thought mayorkas said the border was secure? he knows cartels are pushing people across about 6,000 per head. so mayorkas doesn t know what he s talking about or he s been lying to us all this time. u.s. officials say there there be robust conversation about how to stem the flow of fentanyl across the border. any efforts to get mexico to try to take in more deported migrants might be complicated by looming and on going trade disputes. mexico made it clear what they want to see from the u.s. is more dollars to latin american development to address root causes of migration. neil: thanks to griff jenkins in eagle pass with more on the president s visit yesterday to the border and what came of that and reaction to it. griff, what are you learning?
