TMC MPs, including Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar, likened the Parliament security breach to a terror attack, expressing concern over the lack of security personnel during the intrusion. Dastidar highlighted the absence of immediate security response and questioned the haste in inaugurating the new Parliament building. She raised doubts about the BJP MP who authorized the passes, while Rajya Sabha MP Dola Sen criticized the government s silence and urged the Home Minister to address the issue.
The two arrested from inside parliament have been identified as Manoranjan D and Sagar Sharma, while Amol Shinde and Neelam were held outside the premises
