The Delhi Pollution Control Committee has suggested accepting the results of reports by IITs in Bombay and Delhi and using the already erected towers as museums to share technical information about air pollution control.
Air quality across Delhi continued to be in the Poor category on Monday morning, as per the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). AQI in Anand Vihar was recorded at 296, in RK Puram at 290, in Punjabi Bagh at 280 and in ITO at 263
Several fire-related incidents were reported across India on the occasion of Diwali this Sunday. However, there have been no reports of casualties in these incidents so far.
