New this morning the southbound lanes of roosevelt boulevard are closed, at fox street, after this two vehicle will crash which sent three people to the hospital. It hospital just before 3 00 this morning but authorities are still there working on that investigation. A all of the victims were taken to temple hospital. We know at least one suffered a broken leg. Investigators tell Eyewitness News they are working to determine if alcohol was a factor in that cr
