The tragic crash happened one week ago and a memorial for green is still going strong. Garciamartinez is charged with a felony for not stopping at the scene of a fatal accident and his bail is set to one million dollars. Green was playing in the street when Garcia Martinez reportedly hit and killed her in a white windowless van.
